Values

It all starts at your personal values and the culture of your business/work.  Review if you have considered this and are they aligned?  Consider if you’re being honest with yourself and not trying to be something to please someone in your life. 

Consider your personal values – there are no wrong answers.  This can also slightly change but this is your Navigational North Star or Magnetic North Pole and you’ll find all decisions you make are swayed in some manner to your values. 

You’ll find the more you’ve aligned your goals and activities or path/plan the easier the journey.
